Detox Program:From Fatigued to Fantastic!

Week 1: (Preparation)
Explanation of need for detoxification. What foods to remove and what food to add.
Week 2: (Begin Detox Food Plan)
Explanation of detoxification process in the body. Detox food plan template and recipes.
Week 3: (Additional Detox Strategies)
Discussion of other strategies including exercise, sauna, detox baths, deep breathing and more, including how to reduce and eliminate negative thought patterns.
Week 4: (Detox Your Environment)
Discussion of problems in household products and beauty supplies and how to choose less toxic options.
Week 5: (Adding Back and Testing)
Explanation of how to strategically add back and test eliminated foods such as corn, soy, dairy and gluten products. Discussion of further foods to test, if needed.
Week 6: (Don’t Ruin it with Re-Tox)
How to maintain a lifestyle that keeps toxins low. Discussion of gluten-free eating plans.

Session II starting Tuesday, March 7 at 7:00 pm
